In the years following the disintegration of the Soviet Communist Party, Russia’s social structure fell apart, and street children are commonplace in Moscow and St. Petersburg. However, one of the wandering children on the streets of Moscow is unusual. He has actually received social attention that has not been his own for a long time. In 1996, only 4 years old Ivan Mishukov left home. Ivan’s mother was in no mood all day long because she could not tolerate her drunk boyfriend. The little boy concluded that the life on the street was stronger than that of the family who was arguing all day long. Not only did Moscow have homeless people but also street wild dogs, this was the inevitable result of failing to establish enough places to accommodate these wandering lives. Ivan started begging on the street, but he asked for it every time.
