目的 探讨骨髓源干细胞迁移至损伤脑组织的可能性。 方法 致死剂量照射的C5 7BL 6雌性小鼠 ,接受月龄相配的雄性小鼠骨髓移植。骨髓移植 2个月后制作脑外伤模型 ,1、2、4和 6周分批处死存活的动物。分别在外周血涂片和新鲜脑切片上用荧光原位杂交法检测Y染色体阳性细胞。 结果 在移植后 6周的脑外伤病灶周围发现Y染色体阳性细胞。 结论 骨髓源干细胞可以迁移至脑外伤病灶周围 ,但这些细胞的性质需要进一步研究证实。
Objective To investigate the possibility of migration of bone marrow-derived stem cells into injured brain tissue. Methods C57BL / 6 female mice irradiated at the lethal dose received bone marrow transplants from males of the same age. Two months after the bone marrow transplantation, a model of traumatic brain injury was made and survived animals in batches at 1, 2, 4 and 6 weeks. Y chromosome positive cells were detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization on peripheral blood smear and fresh brain slice respectively. Results Y chromosome positive cells were found around the lesions of brain trauma 6 weeks after transplantation. Conclusion Bone marrow-derived stem cells can migrate to the periphery of traumatic brain injury, but the nature of these cells needs further study confirmed.
