本文研究了某些附加物,水玻璃加入量、水玻璃的有机改性、模数、比重、有机、无机综合改性,CO2硬化工艺等对常温强度和残留强度的影响。研制成的1#、2#改性水玻璃本身无味、无毒。所配制的型砂具有:配方简单、材料费用低,可以吹CO2硬化、加热硬化或自硬,容易清砂等优点。生产验证表明用所研制的水玻璃砂,可以生产重量在10吨以下,壁厚200毫米以下的铸钢件。
In this paper, the effects of some addenda, water glass addition, organic modification of water glass, modulus, specific gravity, organic and inorganic comprehensive modification, CO2 hardening process on the room temperature strength and residual strength were studied. Developed 1 #, 2 # modified water glass itself tasteless, non-toxic. The formulated sand has the advantages of simple formula, low material cost, CO2 hardening, heat hardening or self-hardening, easy sand cleaning and the like. Production verification shows that with the developed sodium silicate sand, it is possible to produce steel castings with a weight below 10 tons and a wall thickness below 200 mm.
