城市社区是党在城市中的工作基础,社区党建工作,是党的基层组织建设的重要组成部分。加强社区党建工作对增强基层党组织的战斗力和影响力具有重大意义,抓好社区党建工作是加强党的执政能力建设的重要举措,也是构建社会主义和谐社会,加强党的执政能力建设的重要任务。新形势下只有抓好社区党组织建设,才能进一步密切党与人民群众的血肉联系,推进基层民主政权建设,巩固党的执政基础。
Urban community is the foundation of the party’s work in the city and the party building in the community. It is an important part of the party’s grassroots organizations. It is of great significance to strengthen the party building in the community to enhance the combat effectiveness and influence of the grass-roots party organizations. To do a good job of building the party in the community is an important measure to strengthen the party’s ability to govern. It is also an important task of building a socialist harmonious society and strengthening the party’s ability to govern .
