经济效果问题已日益引起人们的重视。经济体制的初步改革更推动了企业的经济核算。不少企业有关的技术经济指标已接近、达到甚至超过了历史最好水平。这是很可喜的。当然,还存在许多问题。其中—个突出的问题,就是对宏观经济效果的忽视。如为什么基本建设总是压缩不下来,基建投资有增无减?为什么重复建厂总是制止不住,这类现象仍然比比皆是?为什么设备先进的大厂停工待料,而一些技术条件十分落后、产品质次价高的小厂却如雨后春笋,纷纷建立?如此等等,究其原因,恐怕都和忽视宏观经济效果有关。在资本主义社会,企业的经济效果和社会的经济效果是矛盾的。在那里,每一个企业都是十分讲求经济效果的。这方面我们倒是应该向他们学习的。
The issue of economic effects has increasingly attracted people’s attention. The initial reform of the economic system has further promoted the economic accounting of enterprises. The technical and economic indicators related to many enterprises have approached, reached or even exceeded the best level in history. This is very gratifying. Of course, there are still many problems. One of the outstanding issues is the neglect of macroeconomic effects. For example, why capital construction is not always compressed, infrastructure investment is increasing, and why the repeated establishment of factories is always unstoppable? This type of phenomenon still abounds. Why the advanced equipment manufacturers are shut down, and some technical conditions are very high? What are the reasons for the backwardness of small plants with high quality and low prices? They have all been established, and so on. The reasons for this are probably related to the neglect of macroeconomic effects. In capitalist society, the economic effects of enterprises and social economic effects are contradictory. Every business there is very economical. In this regard, we should learn from them.
