目的探讨TOPSIS法在医院综合评价中的作用。方法运用TOPSIS法评价我院2006年临床住院科室的病床使用情况。结果2006年我院产科的病床工作效率最好,其次为普通外科1等科室,其它科室之间差别不大。结论应用TOPSIS法,既能敏感反映各指标之间的差异,又能对医院情况进行综合评价,是一种决策分析的科学方法。
Objective To explore the role of TOPSIS in hospital comprehensive evaluation. Methods The TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the hospital beds usage in our hospital in 2006. Results In 2006, the obstetric beds in our hospital had the best efficiency, followed by the general surgical department 1 and other departments, with little difference between other departments. Conclusion The TOPSIS method is a scientific method of decision analysis, which not only can reflect the difference between each index sensitively, but also make a comprehensive evaluation of the hospital situation.
