目的 :观察海藻、甘草及不同比例配伍后的水提取物对丙基硫氧嘧啶造大鼠甲状腺肿模型的影响。方法 :大鼠灌服丙基硫氧嘧啶 0 15g/kg连续 10天 ,同时分别灌服海藻、甘草单煎液及不同比例合煎液或单煎后混合液。观察大鼠饮食、饮水量 ,15天后处死取甲状腺、垂体、脾脏、胸腺、肝脏分别称重 ,计算各脏器指数。结果 :海藻∶甘草 =1∶1合煎液可显著降低甲肿模型大鼠的甲状腺指数 ,余下各比例合煎及单煎后混合液中 ,合煎液抗甲状腺肿的作用强于单煎后混合液 ,且随海藻比例的提高而有所增强。结论 :海藻、甘草合用可抑制丙基硫氧嘧啶所致甲状腺肿。
Objective : To observe the effects of seaweed, licorice and water extracts with different proportions on the thyroid thyroid model induced by propylthiouracil. METHODS: Rats were fed with propylthiouracil 0 15g/kg for 10 consecutive days. At the same time, seaweed and licorice single decoction and different proportions of decoction or single decoction mixture were fed. The rats’ diet and drinking water were observed. After 15 days, the thyroid gland, pituitary gland, spleen, thymus, and liver were weighed to calculate each organ index. RESULTS: Seaweed: licorice = 1:1 combined decoction can significantly reduce the thyroid index of model rats with forearm swollen blood. The remaining ratios were combined with frying and single-fried mixture. The anti-goitrhagia effect of combined decoction was stronger than that of single fried. The mixture was mixed and increased with the increase in the proportion of seaweed. Conclusion: The combination of seaweed and licorice can inhibit propylthiouracil-induced goiter.
