用不同碳含量的钢进行熔融法热浸渗铝。由于含碳量的不同,渗铝后的组织和性能也有区别。含碳量较低的钢有较快的渗速,较深的渗层,而且渗层有较高的抗氧化性能和耐腐蚀性能。在本试验条件下计算出铝在20钢中的扩散激活能为Q=239.1kJ/mol,在T10钢中的Q=301.8kJ/mol,在含碳量更高的铸铁中的Q=422.8kJ/mol。讨论了渗铝工艺因素对渗层质量的影响。
Melt method with different carbon content of steel hot-dip aluminized. Due to the different carbon content, after aluminizing the organization and performance are also different. Steel with lower carbon content has a faster rate of infiltration, deeper infiltration, and the infiltration layer has a higher oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Under the experimental conditions, the diffusion activation energy of aluminum in 20 steel was calculated as Q = 239.1 kJ / mol, Q = 301.8 kJ / mol in T10 steel, Q = 422.8 kJ / mol. The effect of aluminizing process on the quality of the coating is discussed.
