(一)前言 刮板运输机很早就用在采煤工作面,但引入非煤矿山运载坚硬矿岩时却遇到困难。一些资料认为:刮板运输机的缺点之一是“不能”或“不宜”运输岩石。因坚硬的岩石进入刮板下面后,将使刮板在运输槽中漂起,从而发生所谓漂链现象,致使刮板变形、弯曲,链条被崩断,以及电机过载损坏等等。运载煤或软岩时,因物料质软,落在刮板下面后可被刮板捻碎,不致于发生漂链。目前,刮板运输机应用于装载硬岩方面已有所进展,但在解决和分析漂链方面报道甚少,本文根据装载硬岩的工业实验,对漂链的分析和解决措施作一介绍,供刮板机在硬岩中推广使用作参考。
(I) Preface Scraper transporters have long been used in coal mining face, but difficulties have been encountered in introducing non-coal mines to carry hard rock. Some sources believe that one of the disadvantages of scraper conveyors is the “no” or “no” transport of rocks. At present, the scraper conveyor has been applied to the loading of hard rock. However, there are few reports on the solution and analysis of the drift chain. Based on the industrial experiments of loading hard rock, this paper introduces the analysis and solution of the drift chain for Scrapers in hard rock to promote the use of reference.
