目的:探讨实验性内毒素血症的大鼠肾损伤的机理,特别是中性粒细胞在其中的作用。方法:大鼠尾静脉一次性注射内毒素(LPS),或先注入盐酸氮芥,再注射LPS250μg·kg-1体重后1、3、5、12、24、48和72h检测肾脏功能、形态(光、电镜)及肾组织匀浆中丙二醛含量。结果:①一次性大鼠尾静脉注射LPS250μg·kg-1体重后可出现一过性肾功能损害;②从形态学上来看,肾小球病变是LPS血症时肾损伤的重要环节;③氧自由基是LPS血症时肾损伤的重要致伤因素;④肾小球内中性粒细胞是氧自由基的主要来源。结论:中性粒细胞在LPS血症的大鼠肾损伤中有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of renal injury induced by experimental endotoxemia in rats, especially the role of neutrophils in it. Methods: Rats were injected with LPS once or intravenously into the caudal vein of rats. The rats were sacrificed at 1, 3, 5, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours after injection of LPS 250 μg · kg -1. Light and electron microscope) and the content of malondialdehyde in renal tissue homogenate. Results: (1) One-time rat had a transient renal damage after LPS 250μg · kg-1 body weight injection; ② From the morphological point of view, glomerular lesion was an important part of renal injury in LPS; ③ Oxygen Free radical is an important injury factor of renal injury in LPS hyperlipidemia; ④ glomerular neutrophils are the main source of oxygen free radicals. Conclusion: Neutrophils play an important role in renal injury induced by LPS in rats.
