目的观察他汀类药物治疗高血压动脉粥样性脑梗死临床疗效。方法选择80例动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者,进行常规降压、抗凝、抗血小板聚集、活血化瘀、保护脑细胞治疗和常规治疗+他汀类药物,临床观察比较,12周后进行疗效评价。结果观察血压、血脂及脑功能改善情况,总有效率90%以上,明显优于对照组75%,P<0.05。结论他汀类药物治疗高血压动脉粥样性脑梗死临床疗效显著,是安全有效的. Objective To observe the clinical effect of statins on hypertensive atherosclerotic cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were selected for routine antihypertensive, anticoagulant, anti-platelet aggregation, blood circulation, brain cell protection and routine therapy plus statins.
