本文借鉴澳大利亚职业培训包体系的经验和特点,结合金融高职院校的行业特色和师资优势,基于校企合作,构建和开发商业银行职业培训包。根据对银行的调研结果,本文对银行的典型工作岗位和任务进行了详细分析,并根据银行对新入职员工在知识、能力、素质方面的要求,构建了包括课程模块、胜任标准、测评标准和师资情况的职业培训包。
This article draws on the experience and characteristics of the Australian vocational training package system, combining with the industry characteristics and teachers’ superiority of the financial higher vocational colleges, and based on the cooperation between schools and enterprises, constructs and develops the vocational training package for commercial banks. According to the bank’s research results, this paper analyzes in detail the typical jobs and tasks of the bank, and according to the requirements of banks on the knowledge, ability and quality of newly recruited employees, this paper constructs a series of modules including curriculum modules, competency standards, evaluation standards and Vocational conditions of the training package.
