企业集团是以一个或少数几个大型企业为核心,采用协作、联合、兼并等方式,以产权联结为主要纽带,并通过产品、技术、经济等不同的利益关系而组成的一个具有共同经营战略和发展目标的经济联合体。企业集团的财务管理是对集团内部各成员企业之间的财务活动进行处理的活动,其最终目标是实现集团财富最大化。本文主要探讨我国企业集团财务管理体制问题与对策研究。
An enterprise group is a common business strategy consisting of one or a few large enterprises as the core, using cooperation, union, merger and other ways, property rights as the main link, and through the product, technology, economy and other different interests. And economic development goals of the Commonwealth. The financial management of an enterprise group is an activity that handles the financial activities among the member companies within the group. Its ultimate goal is to maximize the wealth of the group. This article mainly discusses the problems and countermeasures of the financial management system of the enterprise groups in our country.
