观察了银杏叶提取物(G-9312)对四氯化碳诱发大鼠肝灌流损伤的影响,结果表明,G-9312对四氯化碳引起的肝细胞损伤导致丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的升高有明显降低作用。提示G-9312对离体肝损伤具有保护作用。
The effect of ginkgo biloba extract (G-9312) on hepatic perfusion injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in rats was observed. The results showed that G-9312 induced carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatocyte damage resulting in alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) increased significantly. It suggests that G-9312 has a protective effect on isolated liver injury.
