某多轴超重型试验平台大功率分动器在进行疲劳耐久试验时发生断齿问题。针对失效齿轮开展了全面问题分析,对齿轮强度、轴和箱体刚度、齿轮齿形和齿向精度、表面热处理等可能导致齿轮损坏的原因进行了逐一分析,最终定位为齿轮齿面磨削烧伤,造成齿面硬度降低,接触疲劳强度下降,发生提前失效破坏。在改进工作中,修改了齿轮齿面的磨削加工工艺,并增加了100%的磨削烧伤监测,经改进后的大功率分动器通过了疲劳耐久试验。
