1引言十几年来铁路多种经营从延伸服务起步,经过多年的努力,有了必要的物质基础,锻炼和培养了一大批专业人才,积累了一定的经验。但由于各种原因,目前延伸服务还存在着很多弊端,远不能适应市场需求,突出表现为乱收费、不服务收费、交叉收费等。因此,建立规范的运输代理中介机构已成为铁路充分参与运输市场竞争的发展趋势。目前,铁路的运输代理只是刚刚起步,具有广阔的发展前景。本文对运输代理可能存在的风险和防范措施作一初步的探讨。
I. INTRODUCTION Over the past decade or so, the diversified operation of railways has started with extending services. After years of hard work, it has acquired the necessary material foundation, trained and trained a large number of professionals and gained some experience.
