该文分析了国内外生物液体燃料能量平衡研究现状。在综合考虑能量平衡、污染物排放、土地、水资源成本等各种因素的基础上,基于线性规划法和电子数据表工具(SPREADSHEET),利用生命周期理论研究开发了生物液体燃料可持续评价系统(BSAS),该系统主要有基础数据库、分析模块和优化模块3部分组成,以中国内蒙古和黑龙江两地发展甜高粱茎秆燃料乙醇为案例,利用该系统进行了可持续性评价。研究表明,利用该系统可实现国家、省以及特定地区等多个层面对发展生物液体燃料的可持续性进行优化分析和综合评价,得出选定地区在满足设定情景条件下优化的生物液体燃料产业发展规划,为政府部门科学决策提供技术支撑。
This paper analyzes the current research status of biological liquid fuel energy balance at home and abroad. Based on the various factors such as energy balance, pollutant discharge, land cost and water resource cost, based on the linear programming method and the electronic data sheet tool (SPREADSHEET), the life cycle theory was used to develop the bio-liquid fuel sustainability evaluation system (BSAS). The system mainly consists of three parts: basic database, analysis module and optimization module. Using the system to evaluate the sustainability of the development of sweet sorghum stalks fuel ethanol in Inner Mongolia and Heilongjiang, China. The research shows that the system can be used to optimize and develop the bio-liquid fuel sustainability at national, provincial, and specific regions and other levels. The results show that the biological fluids optimized in the selected areas meet the set conditions Fuel industry development planning for the government departments to provide scientific support for scientific decision-making.
