目的:探讨雄激素(睾酮)对T淋巴细胞功能的影响及人参的作用。方法:28只雄性Wistar大鼠,分为双侧睾丸摘除组(去势组、Cas)、去势动物睾酮组(Cas.T)、去势人参二醇皂甙组(Cas.PDS)及生理盐水对照组(Con)。用生物学方法测定了T淋巴细胞功能。结果:去势组大鼠胸腺重量(指数)、胸腺细胞自身增殖反应性、脾细胞自身增殖反应性和ConA诱导的脾细胞增殖反应性、ConA诱导的脾细胞培养上清中IL-2活性均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。给予睾酮代替后,上述指标均恢复到对照组水平。去势动物给予人参后上述指标也明显恢复,与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:去势有增强免疫器官及T淋巴细胞功能的作用,外源性睾酮可使其恢复至正常水平,而人参二醇皂甙可使其部分恢复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of androgen (testosterone) on the function of T lymphocytes and the role of ginseng. Methods: Totally 28 male Wistar rats were divided into two groups: testis group (castration group, Cas group), castrated testosterone group (Cas.T), castrated ginsenoside group (Cas.PDS) and normal saline Control group (Con). T lymphocyte function was measured biologically. RESULTS: Thymus weight (index), thymus cell proliferation response, splenocyte autoreactivity and ConA-induced proliferation of spleen cells in ovariectomized group and IL-2 activity in ConA-induced splenocyte culture supernatant Significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). After giving testosterone replaced, the above indicators were restored to the control group level. Gingseng were castrated after the above indicators were also significantly restored, compared with the control group no significant difference (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Castration can enhance the function of immune organs and T lymphocytes. Exogenous testosterone can restore normal to normal level, while ginseng dioloside can partially restore it.
