作为一名高中学校的数学老师,我从未放弃对班上学生的教育和指导。面对学生参差不齐的数学成绩,我看在眼里,心里也挺着急的。有的学生数学成绩很差,甚至连基本的知识都掌握不了;有的学生上课的时候也不爱认真听讲,导致成绩不断下降;有的学生课后不认真做好预习和复习工作……对此,我分析了班上学生数学学习情况,时常和学生交谈,总结他们在数学学习上的优劣势,写好对不同学生的辅导计划,经过一段时间的努力,我发现自己的付出是有效果的。
