目的建立微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定保健食品中硒的含量。方法通过优化实验条件,用原子荧光光谱法对保健食品中的硒含量进行测定。结果硒测定线性范围为10.0~50.0μg/L,检出限为3.6μg/kg,相对标准偏差小于5%,回收率在92.0%~102.5%之间。结论方法简单、准确、精密度好,适用于保健食品中硒的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of selenium in health food by microwave digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods By optimizing the experimental conditions, the content of selenium in health food was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The linear range of selenium determination was 10.0 ~ 50.0μg / L, the detection limit was 3.6μg / kg, the relative standard deviation was less than 5% and the recovery was between 92.0% and 102.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and precise. It is suitable for the determination of selenium in health foods.
