近年流行的痢疾菌株,绝大多数是耐药菌株引起,这种菌株的耐药性主要由耐药质粒控制,可将耐药性传递给痢疾杆菌及其它菌。这会对临床医学和流行病学产生影响。本文报告了1988~1990年监测痢疾杆菌耐药和接合性 R 质粒流行情况。材料与方法1.试验菌株:受检的307株痢疾杆菌,分别为1988、1989及1990年从腹泻病人分离,并经生化与血清学分型鉴定。
In recent years, the prevalence of dysentery strains, the vast majority of drug-resistant strains caused by this strain of drug resistance mainly controlled by resistant plasmids, resistance can be transmitted to Shigella and other bacteria. This can have an impact on clinical medicine and epidemiology. This article reports the prevalence of dysentery resistant and associative R plasmids monitoring from 1988 to 1990. MATERIALS AND METHODS 1. Test strains: 307 strains of Shigella dysenteriae were isolated from patients with diarrhea in 1988, 1989 and 1990 respectively, and were identified by biochemical and serological classification.
