微生物污染所引起的食源性疾病作为一个严重的公共卫生问题已引起人们的关注。目前我国食品安全风险监测工作存在监测能力不足、各地区机构检测能力差异大等问题,与发达国家在此方面的研究上有较大差距[1]。为加强部门间的信息共享,建立有效的食品安全风险监测综合体系,根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》相关规定及浙江省卫生厅等六部门制定的《2010年浙江省食品安全风险监测计划实施方案》,东阳市疾病预防控制中心于2010年参加了食品安全风险监测工作。
Food-borne diseases caused by microbial contamination have drawn people’s attention as a serious public health issue. At present, China’s food safety risk monitoring work has the problems of insufficient monitoring capability and large differences in detection capability of various agencies in the region, and there is a big gap between the developed countries and the developed countries in this respect [1]. In order to strengthen the sharing of information among departments, an effective system for monitoring food safety risks was established. According to the relevant provisions of the “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the implementation of the 2010 Zhejiang Province Food Safety Risk Monitoring Plan Program ", Dongyang CDC participated in food safety risk monitoring in 2010.
