目的:探讨师范生时间管理倾向与自信、生活满意度之间的关系。方法:采用青少年时间管理倾向量表、青年学生自信量表和生活满意度量表对321名师范生进行调查分析。结果:1师范生的时间管理倾向存在显著的性别差异(t=2.482,P<0.05),女生的时间管理倾向明显高于男生;2艺术类师范生的生活满意度显著高于理科师范生(t=2.482,P<0.05);3不同年级师范生在生活满意度上存在显著差异,大四最高,大三最低(F=3.985,P<0.05);4师范生的时间管理倾向对其生活满意度(r=0.310,P<0.01)和自信(r=0.568,P<0.01)具有一定的影响。结论:师范生的时间管理倾向自信和生活满意度。
Objective: To explore the relationship between time management orientation and self-confidence, life satisfaction of students in normal university. Methods: A total of 321 normal students were investigated with the Youth Time Management Disposition Scale, the Young Students Self-Confidence Scale and the Life Satisfaction Scale. The results showed that there was a significant gender difference in the time management preference of 1 normal college students (t = 2.482, P <0.05), and that of female students was significantly higher than that of boys. The life satisfaction of 2 normal school students was significantly higher than that of normal school students t = 2.482, P <0.05) .3 There were significant differences in life satisfaction among the students of different grades, with the highest in the fourth year and the third in the third year (F = 3.985, P <0.05) Satisfaction (r = 0.310, P <0.01) and confidence (r = 0.568, P <0.01) had some effects. Conclusion: Normal students’ time management tends to be self-confidence and life satisfaction.
