鞍山市自工956年以来用矿渣做沥青碎石路的基层和垫层修建了一些道路,现只将操作方法和初步的体会,作一简单的介绍供参考,并希指正。一、材料情况我们所用的矿渣为鞍钢的炼钢生铁炉渣和铸造生铁炉渣。鞍钢化验室提供的化验成果如表一。从上表可以看出,炼钢生铁炉渣盐基模数 M 均大于一,因此是属于硷性的;而铸造生铁炉渣除1961年外盐基模数 M 均小于一,是属于酸性的。根据鞍钢提供资料,铸造生铁炉渣占总量的比例很小,因而从总的情况来说,鞍钢的炼铁高炉矿渣还是属于硷性的。表二是我们从工地取样化验的成果。

First, the material situation The slag we used for Ansteel steelmaking pig iron slag and cast iron slag. Anshan Iron and Steel Laboratory laboratory tests provided in Table 1. It can be seen from the above table that the base modulus M of the steelmaking pig iron slag is greater than one, and therefore belongs to the alkaline; while the casting cast iron slag is less than one in 1961 except the base salt modulus M, which belongs to the acidity. According to information provided by Ansteel, cast iron slag accounted for a small proportion of the total, so from the overall situation, Anshan Iron and Steel Blast Furnace slag is still alkaline. Table II is the result of sampling from our site.
