[目的]观察棕榈叶黄酮对体外培养的肝癌细胞HepG2增殖的抑制作用。[方法]用不同剂量的棕榈叶黄酮对体外培养的HepG2细胞干预48h、72h,用MTT法来观察棕榈叶黄酮对HepG2细胞增殖的抑制作用。[结果]棕榈叶黄酮对HepG2细胞增殖具有一定的抑制作用。且这种作用呈剂量依赖性,随着剂量的增加,抑制率增高。[结论]棕榈叶黄酮具有抑制肝癌细胞增殖的作用,可为临床抗肝癌治疗提供实验依据。
[Objective] To observe the inhibitory effect of palm leaf flavonoids on the proliferation of HepG2 cells cultured in vitro. [Method] HepG2 cells cultured in vitro with different doses of palm flavonoids for 48 h and 72 h, MTT assay was used to observe the inhibitory effect of flavonoids from palm leaves on the proliferation of HepG2 cells. [Result] Flavone of palm leaves could inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells. And this effect was dose-dependent, with the dose increased, the inhibition rate increased. [Conclusion] The flavonoids from palm leaves can inhibit the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells and provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of liver cancer.
