以TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)和PPG(聚氧化丙烯二醇)为基本原料、无水甲醇和无水乙醇为复配溶剂和BDO(1,4-丁二醇)为交联剂,制备出绿色环保型PU(聚氨酯)胶粘剂,并着重探讨了PU的结构,反应温度和反应时间等对胶粘剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:当PU中硬段质量分数为45%、反应温度为80℃、反应时间约3 h、加入扩链剂后的反应温度和反应时间分别为60℃和2 h左右时,制得的胶粘剂具有相对最好的综合性能(剥离强度为0.88 k N/m、剪切强度为0.19 k N/m,并且胶液均匀透明、稳定不分层);此外,该PU胶粘剂以混合醇为溶剂,故不含对人体有害的游离—NCO,是一种环保型的胶粘剂。
Using TDI (toluene diisocyanate) and PPG (polyoxypropylene glycol) as the basic raw materials, anhydrous methanol and absolute ethanol as the complexing solvent and BDO (1,4-butanediol) as the crosslinking agent, a green Environment-friendly PU (polyurethane) adhesive, and focused on the PU structure, reaction temperature and reaction time on the adhesive properties. The results show that when the mass fraction of hard segment in PU is 45%, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the reaction time is about 3 h, the reaction temperature and reaction time after addition of chain extender are respectively 60 ℃ and 2 h, (Peel strength of 0.88 kN / m, shear strength of 0.19 kN / m, and the glue is uniform and transparent, stable and non-delaminated); In addition, the PU adhesive to the mixed alcohol as Solvent, it does not contain harmful free-NCO, is an environmentally friendly adhesive.
