小型柴油机(8.8kw) 是我国农村中使用数量最多的小型动力机械,并多属农户个体所有。由于使用者技术水平不高,维修保养不当等原因,致使小型柴油机技术状态差、耗油率高。不仅影响了农业生产,而且浪费了很多油料。为此,有关部门提出了对小型柴油机进行节能改造。所采取的技术措施是:更换节能式活塞,配用螺旋弹簧内胀式油环,并将缸盖燃烧室加工改型,匹配节能式镶块。经过实践证明,上述措施对于提高小型柴油机的经济性和动力性效果显著。本文从理论上、工艺上、使用可靠性等方面论证了普遍推广的可行性,并详细分析了节能改造的效果及其经济效益。
Small diesel engine (8.8kw) is the most used small-scale power machinery in rural areas in China, and is mostly owned by individual farmers. Due to the user’s technical level is not high, improper maintenance and other reasons, resulting in poor technical condition of small diesel engines, fuel consumption. Not only affects agricultural production but also wastes a lot of oil. To this end, the relevant departments proposed energy-saving small diesel engine. The technical measures taken are: to replace the energy-saving piston, with a spiral spring oil expansion within the ring, and cylinder head combustion chamber modification, matching energy-saving inserts. Practice has proved that the above measures for improving the economic efficiency of small diesel engines and significant effect. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of universal promotion in terms of theory, technology and reliability, and analyzes the effect of energy-saving reform and its economic benefits in detail.
