在近室温下通过固相反应合成ZnC2 O4·2H2 O和CuC2 O4·2H2 O纳米超细化合物 ,用X射线粉末衍射 (XRD)和透射电子显微镜 (TEM)对其物相、晶粒形貌和晶粒大小进行了表征 .结果表明 ,所得产物为颗粒大小均匀、平均粒径分别为 30nm和 4 0nm左右的纳米粉体
ZnC 2 O 4 · 2H 2 O and CuC 2 O 4 · 2H 2 O nanostructured ultrafine compounds were synthesized by solid-state reaction at near room temperature. Their phase and morphology were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy The results show that the obtained product is nano-sized powder with uniform particle size and average particle size of 30nm and 40nm, respectively
