针对体育社会科学在自然科学参照下而被过度科学化“改造”和规范的现状和倾向,研究旨在探寻体育社会科学的内在规定性,进一步形成、修正和加强体育社会科学范式。主要观点为:(1)体育社会科学研究统计模型和数理逻辑的应用应考虑其前提、范围及符合体育社会现象的真实,并应加强理论解释;(2)在研究程式上,体育社会科学质性研究中的“假设”并非必不可少,对于部分研究来说,“假设”也非处于研究的“起始”阶段;(3)体育社会科学研究的问卷调查存在假设错误等问题,问卷调查具有一定的适用范围,应加强理论说明及提高其操作合理性;(4)与普遍性研究不同,体育社会科学的个案研究遵循不同的逻辑,其非为验证理论而更为理论解释,及有利于体育文化价值研究和理论创新。
