甘桑止咳冲剂旨在治疗小儿风热咳嗽 (急性支气管炎 )。通过实验表明 ,甘桑止咳冲剂高、低剂量组对SO2 所致小鼠咳嗽可明显减少 2分钟内咳嗽次数 ,并可使咳嗽潜伏期明显延长 ,与空白组比较高剂量组有高度显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )低剂量组有显著性差异(P <0 0 5 ) ;对二甲苯引起的耳壳皮肤肿胀高低低剂量组均有明显的抑制作用 ,且高剂量组明显优于低剂量组 ,显示了一定的量效关系。
Gansang Zhike Granules are designed to treat children with wind-heat cough (acute bronchitis).
