随着我国经济社会的快速发展,土地产业和信托业的联系开始越来越紧密。虽然我国幅员辽阔,但是人多地少的矛盾却日益凸显。土地作为一种不可再生的稀缺资源,对我国的城市化建设显得格外重要。在社会主义的中国,作为土地所有权人的国家,即各级政府为了发展当地经济和提升城市化进程,也开始通过各种融资渠道来进行土地的开发和利用。由于我国土地管理制度和国家政策的严格限制,使得各级地方政府不得不为了完成自身的经济建设使命而费尽心思。
With the rapid economic and social development in our country, the links between land industry and trust industry are getting closer and closer. Although our country is vast in scope, the contradiction between the small population and the small one is increasingly prominent. As a scarce resource that can not be regenerated, land is especially important to our country’s urbanization. In socialist China, landownership countries, that is, all levels of government, have also started to develop and utilize land through various financing channels in order to develop the local economy and promote urbanization. Due to the strict restrictions of China’s land management system and state policies, local governments at all levels have to make every effort to complete their own mission of economic construction.
