随着我国社会及市场经济的不断发展,促进了我国国有企业的改革步伐。在这个全新的环境中,国有企业中党建思想政治工作也出现了或多或少的问题。为了使国有企业党建思想政治工作能够在今后的社会发展中顺利开展,就要对此进行积极的探索和创新,坚持加固基础,服务生产经营。本文就结合目前国有企业党建思想政治工作现状,提供创新工作策略,使国有企业能够在新形势下得到科学化的发展水平。
With the continuous development of our social and market economy, we have promoted the pace of the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country. In this brand-new environment, more or less problems have appeared in the ideological and political work of the party in state-owned enterprises. In order to enable the ideological and political work of the party-building in the state-owned enterprises to be carried out smoothly in the future social development, we must actively explore and innovate on this and insist on strengthening the foundation and serving the production and operation. Based on the current situation of the ideological and political work of the party construction in state-owned enterprises, this article provides innovative work strategies to enable state-owned enterprises to be scientifically developed in the new situation.
