通过区域分析所确定的区域维修间隔,是飞机维修大纲的重要组成部分,对飞机的安全运营具有重大意义。针对区域评级工作中存在指标不规范和体系不完善的现状,研究了国外多种主流机型,首先分析区域影响因素建立细化的评级指标,然后应用模糊理论和层次分析法确定指标权重,并结合各指标的评分得出综合等级,其次根据等级-间隔对应关系确定飞机区域维修间隔,最后以某飞机的发动机整流罩所在区域为实例进行分析,验证了该评级方法的实施效果比较理想。
The regional maintenance interval determined by the regional analysis is an important part of the aircraft maintenance program and is of great significance to the safe operation of the aircraft. Aiming at the status quo of non-standard index and imperfect system in regional rating work, this paper studies many mainstream foreign models, first analyzes the regional influencing factors to establish the detailed rating index, and then uses fuzzy theory and AHP to determine the index weight Combined with the score of each index, the comprehensive rating is obtained. Secondly, the interval of aircraft maintenance is determined according to the level-interval correspondence. Finally, the area where the engine cowling is located is taken as an example to verify the satisfactory performance of the rating method.
