制度文化和精神文化是企业文化的两个主要方面,大同煤矿的企业文化在我国颇具影响,有一定的代表意义。大同煤矿的制度文化主要包括:控制制度、管理制度、福利保障制度、民主制度四个方面;其精神文化基本上包括五个方面,即企业精神、满足感与士气、人际环境、企业道德及对企业的认同与参与。大同煤矿的制度文化与精神文化之间存在着较复杂的关系,调查研究也表明:塑造有特色的企业文化,倡导优秀的企业精神,不仅具有理论意义,而且具有重大的现实意义。
Institutional culture and spiritual culture are the two main aspects of corporate culture. The corporate culture of Datong Coal Mine has considerable influence in our country and it has certain representative significance. The system culture of Datong Coal Mine mainly includes four aspects: control system, management system, welfare and security system, and democratic system; its spiritual culture basically includes five aspects: enterprise spirit, satisfaction and morale, interpersonal environment, and corporate ethics. Corporate identity and participation. Datong Coal Mine’s institutional culture and spiritual culture have more complicated relationships. Investigation and research also show that: Building a distinctive corporate culture and advocating excellent enterprise spirit not only has theoretical significance, but also has great practical significance.
