2016年,无疑将载入无线电管理史册。2016年11月11日,中央军委主席习近平、国务院总理李克强签署命令,发布修订后的《中华人民共和国无线电管理条例》,自2016年12月1日起施行。《条例》的修订实施是全面落实依法治国、依法行政,不断推进无线电管理能力和管理体系现代化的重要成果,为深化我国无线电管理依法行政提供了更加坚实的法律基础,是我国无线电事业发展的又一个重要里程碑,为推动无线电事业持续健康发展提供了有力保障。
