目的分析工作场所空气中氨含量测定过程的不确定度,明确实验中对结果准确性影响较大的环节。方法找出实验过程中各不确定度分量,计算合成标准不确定度以及扩展不确定度。结果在各分量不确定度中,标准溶液配置引入的不确定度和样品溶液定容引入的不确定度对实验结果的不确定度贡献是较大的。结论首先在实验过程中选择合格的标准物质,配制标准溶液时要细心、准确,恰当选择样品溶液定容的器皿以减少不确定度。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the uncertainty of the determination process of ammonia in the air of the workplace and to clarify the link that has a great influence on the accuracy of the results in the experiment. Methods to identify the components of the uncertainty of the experimental process, calculate the composite standard uncertainty and expansion of uncertainty. Results In the component uncertainties, the uncertainty introduced by the standard solution configuration and the uncertainty introduced by the sample solution constant volume contributed to the uncertainty of experimental results. Conclusions First of all, during the experiment, select the qualified standard substance. When preparing the standard solution, carefully, accurately and properly select the sample solution volume to reduce the uncertainty.
