抑郁症是最常见的心境障碍,其发病率非常高,并且近年来呈逐年上升的趋势[1-3]。根据世界卫生组织提供的数据,目前在全世界范围内大约有3.4亿的抑郁症患者,每年有1000~2000万的患者有自杀倾向,预计到2020年,抑郁症将成为第二大致残因素[4]。此外,抑郁症造成巨大的经济损失,给家庭也造成沉重的经济和精神心理负担,严重阻碍经济的发展和社会的和谐稳定。因此,抑郁症的防治研究日趋受到重视。
Depression is the most common mood disorder, its incidence is very high, and in recent years showed a rising trend [1-3]. According to data provided by the World Health Organization, there are currently about 340 million people with depression in the world. Each year, between 10 and 20 million people have the tendency to commit suicide. It is estimated that depression will become the second major cause of disability by 2020 [4]. In addition, depression causes tremendous economic losses, causing heavy economic and psychological burden to families as well, seriously impeding economic development and social harmony and stability. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of depression increasingly attention.
