本文介绍了利用流场显示技术对导叶端面间隙流态进行试验研究的结果。通过在清水和浑水两种不同条件下对导叶端面间隙压力的测量,得到了不同工况下的空心导叶和实心导叶端面间隙压力分布曲线。初步提出了减轻导叶端面间隙磨蚀的措施。
In this paper, the experimental results of the flow field at the vane face are introduced by using the flow field display technology. The gap pressure distribution curves of hollow guide vanes and solid guide vanes under different conditions were obtained by measuring the clearance pressure of guide vanes under two different conditions of clear water and muddy water. Preliminarily proposed measures to reduce the gap erosion of guide vane.
