Recently, the International Piano Week, commemorating the 200th anniversary of the birth of Liszt, was jointly held by Propaganda Department of Jilin Provincial Party Committee, Jilin Musicians Association and Northeast Normal University in Changchun. This is yet another grand piano event in Northeast China after the 2010 International Piano Week commemorating the 200th anniversary of Chopin’s birth.
