目的 :了解柳州市居民的血脂水平及其影响因素。方法 :用整体抽样方法 ,抽取柳州市 18岁以上居民 6 6 33人 ,进行问卷调查并检测血脂水平。结果 :柳州市居民血清 TC,TG,HDL CH ,L DL CH各年龄组均值分别波动在 4 .35~ 5 .80、0 .85~ 1.81、1.32~ 1.71、2 .34~ 3.36 m mol/ L之间 ,男女 TC,TG,L DL CH均随年龄增长而上升。HDL CH水平与年龄无关 ,与性别有关 ,女性各年龄组 HDL CH水平均显著高于男性 (P <0 .0 1)。高血脂的检出率为男性 2 5 % ,女性 15 %。血清 TC、TG随 BMI增长而升高 ,HDL CH随 BMI增长而下降。男性各年龄组的 TC、HDL CH随文化程度的上升而下降 ,TG则反之。女性各年龄组的 TC、HDL CH随文化程度的上升而下降。血脂水平与劳动强度无关。结论 :柳州市居民的高脂血症的发生率处于全国较高水平 ,应该改变居民生活饮食习惯 ,加强全民健身运动 ,重体力劳动者也要参加体育锻练 ,以降低高脂血症的发生率 ,预防心脑血管病的发生。
Objective: To understand the blood lipid level of Liuzhou residents and its influencing factors. Methods: Using the overall sampling method, 6 6 33 residents over the age of 18 were sampled from Liuzhou City for questionnaires and blood lipid levels. TC of all age groups, HDL CH with the rise of education decline, TG is the opposite. The TC and HDL CH of women in all age groups decreased with the increase of education level. Lipid levels and labor intensity has nothing to do. Conclusion: The prevalence of hyperlipidemia in residents of Liuzhou City is at a high level in the whole country. It should change the dietary habit of residents and strengthen the national fitness exercise. Heavy physical workers should participate in physical exercise to reduce the incidence of hyperlipidemia Rate, prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular disease.
