在《新疆年鉴》(1987)即将付印的时候,我有两点希望。 第一点,希望进一步编好《新疆年鉴》。 《新疆年鉴》是一部综合性的地方年鉴。它从“年”和“鉴”两个方面反映新疆的实际,积累新疆的历史资料。
When the Yearbook of Xinjiang (1987) is about to print, I have two hopes. First, I hope to further compile the “Xinjiang Yearbook.” Xinjiang Yearbook is a comprehensive local yearbook. It reflects the reality of Xinjiang from both the “year” and the “reference” and accumulates the historical data in Xinjiang.
