基于虚拟仪器技术,实现了对电磁轴承系统运行状态的实时监测,并在此基础上对系统状态信号进行多种在线、离线数据分析,提取出系统运行状态的特征并判断系统工作是否正常。实验证明,初步建立的监测系统功能完善,有很好的可扩充性,是一个功能强大的信号监测和分析平台。
Based on the virtual instrument technology, real-time monitoring of the operating status of the electromagnetic bearing system is realized. Based on this, various on-line and offline data analysis of the system status signal is carried out to extract the characteristics of the system operating status and determine whether the system is working normally. Experiments show that the initial establishment of the monitoring system is fully functional and has good scalability. It is a powerful platform for signal monitoring and analysis.
