目的建立水中草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸的柱后衍生-高效液相测定法。方法水样直接进样,经高效液相色谱分离后草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸被衍生成强荧光物质,用荧光检测器检测。结果草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸在0.05~1.00mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9994,最低检出限0.014和0.012mg/L,加标回收率88.0%~106.0%,RSD为1.6%~4.0%。结论该方法简便快速,适用于饮用水及水源水中草甘膦和氨甲基膦酸含量的测定。
Objective To establish a post-column derivatization-high performance liquid phase method for determination of glyphosate and aminomethylphosphonic acid in water. Methods Water samples were directly injected and glyphosate and aminomethylphosphonic acid were derivatized into strong fluorescent substances by high performance liquid chromatography and detected by fluorescence detector. Results The linearity of glyphosate and aminomethylphosphonic acid in the range of 0.05-1.00 mg / L was good with the correlation coefficients of 0.9996 and 0.9994, the minimum detectable limits of 0.014 and 0.012 mg / L, and the recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 88.0% to 106.0% , RSD was 1.6% ~ 4.0%. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid and suitable for the determination of glyphosate and aminomethylphosphonic acid in drinking water and drinking water.
