人才的定位 什么样的员工可定义为“人才”?根据其学历?职位?培训经历?至今无一定论。微软公司创始人比尔·盖茨大学还没有毕业,但他仍然是世界公认的杰出人才。再举个较为极端的例子,福建有一个巧克力厂,员工400人基本上是农民,每年创造三四个亿的产值,他们里面有没人才?本人认为:人才定位有三个要素:适合性(适应企业文化理念,适合岗位需求)、不可替代性(这是由资源的稀缺性决定的)、阶段性(由企业不同的发展时期的用人需求决定)。
The orientation of talents What kinds of employees can be defined as “talent ”? According to their academic qualifications, positions, training experience, there is no certainty. Microsoft’s founder, Bill Gates, has not yet graduated, but he is still recognized as an outstanding person in the world. Taking a more extreme example, there is a chocolate factory in Fujian. The 400 employees are basically peasants. Each year it creates a value of three to four hundred million yuan. Is there any talent in them? I think there are three elements in talent positioning: adaptability (adaptation Corporate culture concept, suitable for job needs), irreplaceability (this is determined by the scarcity of resources), and phased (determined by the employment needs of the company during different development periods).
