通过室内沥青混合料的配合比设计,文章提出了适合兴畲高速公路项目气候条件的AC-13型沥青混合料配合比设计方法,并通过依托工程,确定了现场施工工艺。试验结果表明,同时参考AK-13A和AC-13级配范围并采用S形级配曲线的AC-13型普通沥青混合料可同时兼顾抗水损害性能、高温稳定性能和抗滑性能,解决了在广东省内使用AC-13型普通沥青混凝土上面层出现抗水损害及抗高温性能较差的问题,为广东省AC-13型普通沥青混凝土上面层的施工提供了参考。
Through the mix design of indoor asphalt mixture, the article puts forward the design method of mix proportion of AC-13 asphalt mixture suitable for the climatic conditions of Xinghe Expressway project. By relying on the project, the on-site construction technology was determined. The test results show that the AC-13 common asphalt mixture, which refers to both the range of AK-13A and AC-13 grading and uses the S-shaped gradation curve, can meet the requirements of both water damage resistance, high temperature stability and anti-skid performance The use of AC-13 ordinary bituminous concrete in the upper strata in Guangdong Province showed the problem of water resistance and poor high temperature resistance, which provided a reference for the construction of AC-13 ordinary bituminous concrete in Guangdong Province.
