脉冲激光二极管巴条侧面抽运热传导各向异性激光板条瞬态热分析

为合理进行激光谐振腔设计,研制脉冲板条全固态激光器,利用热传导理论解析研究了脉冲激光二极管(LD)巴条侧面抽运激光板条热平衡时的温度场以及热形变场分布情况。通过侧面抽运激光板条工作特点分析,建立热分析模型,考虑到激光二极管阵列(LDA)抽运光具有超高斯分布而Nd…YVO4板条具有热传导各向异性的特点,利用Possion方程得出了准连续LDA侧面抽运热传导各向异性板条温度场分布的一般解析表达式。对比分析了Nd…YVO4与Nd…GdVO4板条在单脉冲侧面抽运与重复脉冲侧面抽运过程中的温度场分布情况,定量计算了达到热动态平衡时Nd…YVO4与Nd…GdVO4板条抽运面中心的热形变量。计算结果表明,达到热动态平衡时,Nd…YVO4板条的最大与最低温升值分别为34.8℃和32.4℃,而Nd…GdVO4板条的最大与最低温升值分别为30.2℃和27.0℃;Nd…YVO4板条热动平衡时最大与最小热形变量分别为0.98μm和0.89μm,而Nd…GdVO4板条的分别为0.29μm和0.24μm。 In order to design a laser resonator, a pulsed slab solid state laser was developed.
