目的 分析不同孕期大鼠胚胎下丘脑内一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性神经元的表达 ,探讨一氧化氮 (NO)在下丘脑发育过程中的作用。方法 应用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸脱氢酶 (NADPH d)组织化学方法观察孕 13~ 2 0d大鼠胚胎下丘脑内NOS阳性神经元的形态及分布。结果 首次观察到孕 15d大鼠胚胎下丘脑室旁核内NOS阳性神经元 ,并在生前迅速发育。孕 17d下丘脑外侧区也出现NOS阳性神经元。但生前未在视上核见NOS阳性表达。结论 在胚鼠下丘脑室旁核和外侧区即有NOS阳性神经元存在 ,提示NO可能与这些核团的发育及其功能有关
Objective To analyze the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons in the hypothalamus of rat embryos in different gestation stages and to explore the role of nitric oxide (NO) in hypothalamus development. Methods The morphology and distribution of NOS positive neurons in the hypothalamus of embryos from day 13 to day 2 of pregnancy were observed by the method of reduced NADPH dh histochemical method. Results NOS positive neurons in paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus were observed for 15 days in pregnant rats and developed rapidly in their lifetime. Pregnant 17d hypothalamic area also appeared NOS positive neurons. However, in life before not seen in the nucleus NOS positive expression. Conclusion NOS positive neurons exist in paraventricular hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus and lateral zone, suggesting that NO may be related to the development and function of these nuclei
