介绍“常减压蒸馏装置在线优化软件”的结构以及各模块的功能,并对原油实沸点蒸馏曲线的形成、常减压蒸馏塔模拟模型的建立、求解、模型参数在线修正以及优化算法等关键技术进行了阐述,提出了有效的算法。用某炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置的实际操作数据对该软件的各项功能进行了测试。测试结果表明,该软件在模拟优化算法的稳定性、计算精度以及速度方面,都能够满足在线优化的要求。
This paper introduces the structure of “on-line optimization software for atmospheric and vacuum distillation units” and the function of each module. It also analyzes the formation of crude boiling point distillation curve, the establishment and solution of simulation model of atmospheric and vacuum distillation column, online correction of model parameters and optimization algorithm Technology has been described, put forward an effective algorithm. With a refinery atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of the actual operating data of the software features have been tested. The test results show that the software can meet the requirements of online optimization in the simulation of the stability of the optimization algorithm, calculation accuracy and speed.
