图书馆是一所高校非常神圣而重要的地方,是学生学习与看书的重要场所,很多高校的图书馆都是高校的标志性建筑。目前,高校的图书馆跟随时代的进步开通了微信公共平台服务,但是其服务的水平却比较低,这需要高校协调各部门努力去提升图书馆的微信公众平台服务质量。通过简单介绍微信公众平台的服务,分析了高校图书馆微信公众平台服务现状,并针对高校图书馆微信公众平台服务现状提出一系列的对策。希望高校的微信公众服务平台能够不断创新,充分利用平台功能,实现服务水平的提升。
Library is a very sacred and important place for colleges and universities. It is an important place for students to study and read books. Many libraries in colleges and universities are the landmark buildings of colleges and universities. At present, college libraries open the WeChat public platform service according to the progress of the times, but their service level is relatively low, which requires colleges and universities to coordinate departments’ efforts to improve the service quality of WeChat public platform of the library. By simply introducing the service of the WeChat public platform, this paper analyzes the status quo of the WeChat public platform service in the university library and puts forward a series of countermeasures for the status quo of the WeChat public platform service in the university library. We hope that the WeChat public service platform in colleges and universities can continuously innovate, make full use of the platform functions and improve the service level.
