京沪高铁将大规模推广使用CRTS Ⅱ型无碴轨道板,该技术源自德国博格板体系。国内在消化吸收该制造工艺的过程中存在一些偏差,有必要在行业内进行探讨,便于改进工艺和质量。本文论述了高压空气劈裂作用原理和运用于混凝土构件脱模的可行性,调查和分析了当前轨道板预制工艺中影响高压空气发挥劈裂作用的因素,提出了改进措施,对提高轨道板的脱模效率和质量具有一定的指导意义。
Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail will be the large-scale promotion of the use of CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track plate, the technology from Germany Borg plate system. Domestic digestion and absorption of the manufacturing process there are some deviations in the process, it is necessary to explore in the industry, to facilitate the improvement of technology and quality. In this paper, the principle of high-pressure air splitting and the feasibility of applying it to the demolding of concrete components are discussed. The factors influencing high-pressure air splitting in the prefabrication process are investigated and analyzed. Demoulding efficiency and quality have some guiding significance.
